How it works
- 1
Connect your number
Tezzu connects your WhatsApp Business number through Meta's embedded signup. Takes a few minutes; you keep the number.
- 2
Build the menu once
Categories, items, variants and add-ons in the dashboard. The same menu powers the chat bot and your store page.
- 3
Customers order in chat
A customer says hi, picks items from a list, shares an address or table number, and pays by UPI, card or cash.
- 4
You run it from the dashboard
Accept, prepare, mark out for delivery or served. The customer gets a WhatsApp message at each step.
The ordering bot
A guided flow, not a free-text chat. Customers tap through categories and items, so orders arrive complete and correct.
- Interactive lists and buttons
- Veg and non-veg marks, variants, add-ons
- Hindi and English
- Order summary before payment
Delivery, pickup and dine-in
The bot asks the right questions for each order type: address and zone for delivery, collection time for pickup, table number for dine-in.
- Delivery zones with charges by distance
- Pickup points with collection times
- QR tables with a served status
- Scheduled orders for later
Payments in the chat
UPI and cards through Razorpay, or cash on delivery. Paid orders are marked paid automatically.
- UPI, cards, net banking
- Cash on delivery toggle
- Connect your own Razorpay account
- GST bills
