Multi-outlet restaurant management on one WhatsApp number

Run several outlets from one Tezzu account and one WhatsApp number. A customer messages the number, Tezzu routes the order to the nearest outlet that serves their location, and that outlet's kitchen gets the ticket. Keep one master menu and set prices per outlet.

  • All outlets on the WhatsApp number you already advertise
  • Nearest-outlet routing from the customer's location
  • One master menu, prices set per outlet
  • Each outlet with its own delivery zones and orders

How it works

  1. 1

    Add your outlets

Create each outlet under the brand with its address, hours and delivery zones.

  2. 2

    Customer messages one number

They share a location as usual. Tezzu finds the nearest outlet whose zones cover that location.

  3. 3

    Order goes to that kitchen

The order shows under that outlet in the dashboard and on the staff app, and the KOT prints in that kitchen.

  4. 4

    Manage the menu once

Add a dish to the master menu and it appears at every outlet. Change the price of a biryani at one outlet without touching the others.

Nearest-outlet routing

The location a customer shares decides which outlet gets the order. If no outlet covers that location, they are told before ordering. On the store page, customers pick the outlet they want.

  • Routing by the location the customer shares
  • Each outlet with its own delivery zones
  • Outlets can keep different opening hours
  • Out-of-area customers told before they order

Master menu with outlet pricing

Build the menu once at brand level. Every outlet inherits it, and you override prices or availability where an outlet differs.

  • One menu, every outlet
  • Price overrides per outlet
  • Switch an item off at one outlet only
  • Variants, add-ons and bundles carry across

One dashboard for the brand

Switch between outlets in the dashboard or look at the brand as a whole. Orders, revenue and customer insights per outlet and combined.

  • Switch outlets from one login
  • Orders and revenue per outlet
  • Flat ₹10 per order at every outlet
  • Custom domain for the brand's store page

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a separate WhatsApp number for each outlet?

No. All outlets share the one WhatsApp number you already use. When a customer shares their location, Tezzu routes the order to the nearest outlet that delivers there. One number on every hoarding, menu card and Instagram bio means customers never have to work out which branch to message.

How does nearest-outlet routing decide?

By the delivery zones you set for each outlet. The customer's shared location is checked against every outlet's zones, and the closest outlet that covers it gets the order and applies its own delivery charge. If no outlet covers the location, the customer is told before they order, so nothing is cooked for an address you cannot reach.

Can outlets have different prices?

Yes. The master menu holds every item once. Each outlet inherits it and can override the price where local costs differ, for example a higher rent area charging ₹20 more on a thali. An item can also be switched off at one outlet while staying on sale at the rest.

Does each outlet see only its own orders?

The dashboard has an outlet switcher. Pick an outlet and you see its orders, zones and prices; pick the brand view and you see every outlet together for orders, revenue and customer insights. The KOT for each order prints in the kitchen that received it.

What does multi-outlet cost?

The per-order fee is the same flat ₹10 at every outlet, with no commission. Plans start at ₹999 a month, and the number of outlets each plan includes is listed on the pricing page. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, so you can set up a second outlet and test routing before paying.
