Self-pickup points and pre-orders
Let customers collect from your counter or a pickup point at a time they choose, and take orders days ahead for delivery or collection. Pickup orders skip the delivery charge, carry a collection time, and show up in the dashboard with everything else.
- Pickup points you define, with an address the customer sees
- Customer picks a collection day and time
- Scheduled orders for later, even while you are closed
- No delivery charge on pickup orders
How it works
- 1
Add pickup points
Set up one or more pickup points, each with an address, a landmark and instructions. Your counter can be the only one, or add a stall at a weekend market.
- 2
Customer chooses pickup
On your store page, or the web menu opened from the WhatsApp chat, the customer picks self-pickup instead of delivery, selects a point and a collection time.
- 3
They pay and you prepare
Payment by UPI or card, or cash at collection if you allow it. The order shows the collection time in the dashboard and staff app, so you cook to the clock.
- 4
Pre-orders for later
Delivery customers can also schedule a slot. A Saturday party order placed on Tuesday sits in the dashboard with its date until the day.
Pickup points
A pickup point is an address plus a landmark and any instructions for finding it. Customers see it before they commit, so there is no confusion about where to come.
- One or more pickup points
- Collection day and time chosen by the customer
- Delivery charge skipped automatically
- Works on the store page, the web menu and your custom domain
Scheduled orders and pre-orders
Customers can order for a later slot, including when the store is closed. Useful for office lunches, party trays and festival boxes.
- Order now, deliver or collect later
- Orders accepted while the store is closed
- Scheduled orders visible with their date in the dashboard
- WhatsApp status updates as the order moves
Built for pre-order businesses
Home bakers, sweet shops and caterers take most orders ahead. Pre-orders with a collection time replace the back-and-forth in DMs and the orders you forget.
- Advance payment at order time
- Bundles and combos for party packs
- Coupons for early orders
- Staff app alerts when a pre-order comes in

Guides on pickup and pre-orders
How a cake pre order system with a pickup slot works for a home baker: lead times, UPI advance payment, a pickup point and no more orders lost in DMs.
Move festival queues off the counter with sweet shop pickup orders: customers order and pay on WhatsApp, pick a collection slot, and collect a packed box.
How caterers take scheduled food orders on WhatsApp: the customer picks Saturday on Tuesday, pays, and the order waits in your dashboard until the day.
Frequently asked questions
How does self-pickup work for the customer?
When ordering on your store page or the web menu in WhatsApp, the customer chooses pickup instead of delivery. They pick one of your pickup points, see its address, and choose a collection day and time. No delivery charge is added. They pay online, or at collection if you allow it, and get WhatsApp updates as you prepare the order.
Can customers order for a future date?
Yes. Scheduled orders let a customer pick a later date and slot, for delivery or pickup, even when the store is closed at the time they order. The order sits in your dashboard with its date, so a Saturday catering order placed on Tuesday is ready for planning and shopping.
Can I have more than one pickup point?
Yes. Add more than one, each with its own address, landmark and instructions. A bakery might offer its kitchen on weekdays and a market stall on Sunday morning. The customer sees the points you have enabled, picks the one that suits them, and chooses a collection time.
Is pickup charged differently?
No. A pickup order is charged the same flat ₹10 per order as any other, with no commission. The customer pays no delivery charge, because there is no delivery. Plans start at ₹999 a month with unlimited orders and a 7-day free trial.
Can I turn off delivery and only offer pickup?
Yes. You control which order types you accept: delivery, pickup, dine-in or any combination. A home baker can run pickup only; a cafe can offer dine-in and pickup with no delivery at all. Change it any time from the dashboard without touching the menu.
