Feature

Restaurant coupons and combo bundles

Create coupon codes that customers type, or coupons that apply on their own when the cart qualifies. Group items into combos at a bundle price, or let customers build their own thali or meal box from the options you set. All of it works on WhatsApp and your store page.

  • Flat or percentage-off coupon codes
  • Auto-apply coupons, no code to type
  • Combos at one price, items shown inside
  • Build-your-own bundles for thalis and meal boxes

How it works

  1. 1

    Create a coupon

Set a flat or percentage discount and the conditions, such as first orders only. Choose whether the customer types a code or it applies automatically.

  2. 2

    Build a bundle

Pick existing items, set the combo price, and the bundle appears on the menu with every item inside shown with its photo and veg mark.

  3. 3

    Let customers assemble

For a build-your-own bundle, define each part (one dal, one sabzi, two rotis) and the choices for it. The customer fills them in the chat or on the store page.

  4. 4

    Discounts show before payment

The order summary shows the coupon and the bundle price, and the KOT lists every item inside the bundle so the kitchen cooks the right thing.

Coupons

Coupons work for a campaign code in a WhatsApp broadcast, a first-order discount, or a festival sale. Auto-apply coupons remove the step where customers forget the code.

  • Flat amount or percentage off
  • Type a code or auto-apply
  • First-order discounts for new customers
  • Same coupon on WhatsApp and the store page

Bundles and combos

Group items you already sell into one bundle at a combo price. Customers see what they save and add it in one tap.

  • Built from existing items, no duplicates
  • Items inside shown with photo and veg mark
  • Multi-day bundles split into one delivery per day
  • Every item inside printed on the KOT

Build your own

Thali kitchens, meal-box services and pizza places let customers choose what goes in. You set the options; they pick.

  • You decide the choices for each part of the bundle
  • Customer assembles it in the chat or on the store page
  • Kitchen sees exactly what was picked
  • Good fit for thalis, meal boxes and pizza deals

Frequently asked questions

What is an auto-apply coupon?

A coupon that the customer never types. You set the conditions, for example first order only or cart above ₹499, and when a cart meets them the discount is applied automatically in the order summary. It removes the step where people forget the code, ask for it in chat, or drop the order.

Do coupons work in the WhatsApp chat as well as on the store page?

Yes. The same coupon works in both places. In the chat a customer can enter the code before payment, or an auto-apply coupon is added when the cart qualifies. On the store page the code goes in at checkout. Either way the discount shows in the order summary and on the bill.

How is a bundle different from an add-on?

An add-on is an extra on one item, such as cheese on a pizza. A bundle is a set of separate items sold together at one price, such as a pizza, garlic bread and a drink. The bundle is built from items already on your menu, so the kitchen ticket lists every piece, and the customer sees what is inside before adding it.

What is a build-your-own bundle?

A bundle where the customer chooses the contents from options you define. A thali kitchen might offer one dal, one sabzi, rice or roti and a sweet; the customer picks each part in the chat or on the store page. The order arrives listing exactly what was chosen, so the kitchen packs the right box.

Can I run a coupon with a WhatsApp campaign?

Yes. Create the coupon, then send a campaign to the audience you want with the code in the message and a button to your store page. Or make the coupon auto-apply so nobody has to type anything. Campaign delivery counts and the orders that come in both show in the dashboard.
